If you would like to register for one of our programs we require all parents to complete an individual player registration form along with payment for your nominated program. Please ensure all information is neatly completed and either emailed or faxed back to us.

Payment options include:

  • Cash Payments
  • Credit Cards including either Visa or Mastercard
  • Payment made by Cheque
  • Direct Transfer
